Better late than never... Maya finally got her birthday cake... you'll notice there's a theme going on this summer... :P

but I'm never doing this again!!! I made the cake at home and brought it to her house... the whole time I drove there I freaked at every goddamn pothole afraid the ears would break and fall off!!! cookies are not THAT strong.. and the streets of Montreal have more holes than asphalt :S
Anyway, it made it there in one piece :P but next time I'll invite them to MY place!!! no more driving around with fragile pastry on the passenger seat!!!

Mocha cake, with caramel filling and giant homemade... duh... chocolate chip cookies... all covered in fudge note to self: fudge takes a while to make... next time make it the day before!!! :P
